Lincoln is Ford’s premium car brand, and Postkom, our long-term partner, commissioned us to design a virtual personal assistant character for Lincoln. Our task was to create a silent helper that represents the voice of the car and gives it a subtle personality.
For a premium brand, character design requires very precise balance. It needs to feel elegant, natural, and functional, while still having a touch of personality that makes it memorable.
The Lincoln Assistant
This project was a unique challenge, requiring us to blend multiple disciplines such as character design, graphic design, and product design. We developed a character that embodies the sophistication and elegance of the Lincoln brand, serving as a refined and discreet assistant across its luxurious range of vehicles, while respecting regional cultural preferences to ensure universal appeal.

Design Iterations
We explored around 50 different design iterations, experimenting with detailed vector graphics, particle effects, and subtle gradients. Throughout the process, we had to balance visual quality with the technical limitations of in-car displays, including restricted playback capabilities and display resolution.
