VR Archviz

Realtime VR experience

Archviz is an immersive architectual VR visualization for a high-end luxury property in Ibiza. It allows you to check the weather, the sun position, even the shadows, and experience what it’s like to be in the property before deciding to buy or develop it. It’s not as good as being in there, but probably the closest you can without actually committing.

Based on the CAD files from the developer, we designed the complete simulation including the logic and user experience. We relied on Unreal Engine and created many scripts ourselves to make experience run as smoothly as possible.

Experience Design

Although architectural visualization is not a traditional story-driven medium, it still needs to capture and hold the viewer's attention. Designing an engaging way for users to explore the environment was therefore a critical part of creating a memorable experience.

Interactive Features

Beyond practical features such as weather and time-of-day controls, we also introduced playful details to make the experience more entertaining and rewarding to explore. These included small surprises, such as a squirrel riding a cleaning machine, as well as the freedom to venture beyond the main area and discover the surrounding environment.

VR Optimization

A significant part of VR development is dedicated to optimization. Even with today's powerful hardware, maintaining a smooth and comfortable experience while preserving visual quality requires extensive testing, calibration, and fine-tuning.

The Platform

What we developed is an easy-to-use architectural visualization platform designed to showcase real estate projects in an engaging and interactive way. The system is simple to implement, flexible, and scalable across a wide range of developments.
