The 52nd International Eucharistic Congress was held in Budapest, Hungary, from September 5 to 12, 2021, bringing together Catholics from around the world to celebrate and deepen their understanding of the Eucharist. The event featured spiritual programs, cultural events, and a concluding mass celebrated by Pope Francis, emphasizing unity and faith.
We created a cover film, program guides, and 3D animations for this extraordinary multi-venue series of events. With programs varying widely in style and scale, it was an honor to contribute to such a unique and memorable experience.
A Unique Opportunity
Creating animation for an event attended by the Pope was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Being part of such a significant occasion made the project especially memorable and meaningful for our team.
Large-Scale Production
The wide variety of venues and display surfaces made this project particularly complex. From all-day presentations at Hungexpo and arena-side events to open-air celebrations, each location required its own technical and creative considerations.
The project ultimately culminated in a large-scale finale at Hősök tere in the heart of Budapest, where the visual content formed part of the Papal Mass celebrated by the Pope.
